Job Overview
The Kudough Credit Coach serves as the main contact point for clients engaging with Kudough Credit Solutions. You will handle inbound and outbound communication, guide members through credit improvement processes, and support credit bureau dispute management.
The role combines customer service, financial coaching, and administrative accuracy in a structured call centre environment with clear performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and callback requests
• Assess client financial situations including credit profiles and affordability
• Provide guidance on improving and maintaining credit scores
• Assist clients with budgeting and financial planning support
• Explain financial wellness tools and platform usage clearly
• Support clients through the credit bureau dispute process
• Capture, verify, and process dispute documentation accurately
• Follow up with credit providers and clients on dispute progress
• Identify when debt counselling referral may be appropriate
• Deliver accurate and compliant financial information to clients
• Support clients throughout their credit improvement journey

Requirements And Skills
• National diploma or degree or at least 12 months experience in financial or client services
