Fidelity Services Group is hiring a Regional Operations Administrator for its Fidelity ADT division in Garsfontein, Gauteng. This permanent role supports regional operations through administrative coordination, reporting, communication management, and executive support functions. Job Overview
The Regional Ops Administrator provides critical administrative support to the Regional Manager and operational teams. The role ensures smooth coordination of daily operations, accurate reporting, and efficient communication between departments and stakeholders. You will manage diaries, documentation, travel arrangements, and operational reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy.
This position also supports client communication, complaint resolution tracking, and internal coordination across multiple operational units.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas
• Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute correspondence
• Manage the Regional Manager’s diary and scheduling
• Maintain filing systems and ensure organised documentation
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
• Manage operational purchase orders and CAPEX requests
• Compile weekly and monthly operational reports
• Prepare crime statistics reports for management review
• Maintain AR headcount records including promotions and terminations
• Draft communication regarding client cancellations
• Monitor and manage excess leave records
• Screen and prioritise incoming correspondence and calls
• Redirect communication appropriately within the department
• Assist with client complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Support Area Managers and Training Instructors with admin tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the office environment
• Act as EHS representative for the AR department
• Liaise with clients and provide feedback on queries and complaints
Requirements And Skills
• Grade 12 or Matric qualification
• Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong organisational and planning ability
• Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
