Job Overview

The Sales Assistant role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and in store experiences
• Act as a brand ambassador for Factorie and Cotton On Group
• Engage customers and assist with product selection and styling

Requirements And Skills

• Grade 12 or Matric qualification
• Passion for fashion, streetwear and youth culture
