Job Overview

The Project Management Intern supports project delivery by helping teams stay organised, on schedule, and informed. You will work with project managers and team leads to maintain project trackers, update dashboards, capture meeting outputs, and support reporting activities.

The role builds foundational project management skills through real project exposure across multiple initiatives within a fast moving business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily coordination of project activities and timelines
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards using Excel and Monday.com
• Collect and organise project data for reporting purposes
• Assist in preparing status updates, reports, and presentation materials
• Capture meeting actions, risks, issues, and dependencies accurately
• Track tasks and requests using Monday.com and Freshdesk systems
• Follow up on outstanding actions with responsible stakeholders
• Assist with scheduling meetings, agendas, and minute taking
• Support documentation and administrative tasks across projects
• Help ensure project information is accurate, current, and accessible
• Contribute ideas to improve project processes and workflows
• Participate in project reviews and learning sessions

Requirements And Skills

• Relevant qualification in Project Management or related field or currently studying
• Strong interest in project coordination, technology, and data tracking
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Ability to work with structured data and reporting tools

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
