Job Overview And Responsibilities
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean, organised and presentable
• Maintain high standards of store hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• Carry out general manual labour and operational support tasks
• Assist with lifting, moving and handling heavy items safely
• Follow workplace health, safety and food safety procedures
• Support daily store operations as required by management
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Assist with general maintenance and operational activities
• Help identify and report potential safety risks in the workplace
• Follow instructions accurately and complete assigned duties efficiently
• Contribute to a safe, productive and well organised working environment
Requirements And Skills
• Grade 12 or Matric certificate
• Code EB (Code 08) driver’s licence is required
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Safety conscious with attention to workplace procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a busy and active environment
