Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured workplace learning and practical hospitality training.
• Gain hands-on experience within the Hospitality department at Kilner Park.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities.
• Assist with customer service and stakeholder interactions.
• Perform assigned duties under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Requirements and Skills

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
• Must have completed Hospitality studies at a registered TVET College.
• Must have completed all theoretical training.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Must submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Certified copy of Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Certified copy of Hospitality qualification or statement of results.
• Stamped letter from the institution requesting in-service training.
• Stamped confirmation letter confirming completion of theoretical studies.
• Certified copy of South African ID.
• Proof of residential address.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good administrative and computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• High levels of professionalism and integrity.
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Good negotiation, stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.
• Energetic, proactive and willing to learn.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
