Job Overview and Responsibilities
• Capture, update and maintain accurate data across reports and internal systems.
• Support the production of daily, weekly and monthly standardised reports.
• Perform data validation, cleaning, formatting and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure information is complete, accurate and aligned with reporting standards.
• Follow structured processes and checklists to maintain high data quality.
• Log, monitor and track data changes requested by internal stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation relating to reporting procedures and data management processes.
• Provide administrative and data support to internal business teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and operational processes through AI and automation.
• Assist in designing, testing and implementing AI-powered business solutions.
• Support the development of AI agents, chatbots, Microsoft Copilot solutions and analytics tools.
• Research emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-enabled improvements.
• Use Generative AI tools to improve reporting, documentation and business insights.
• Participate in proof of concept projects and AI innovation initiatives.
Requirements and Skills
• Completed or currently studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Zero to two years of experience in data capturing, administration or a junior data role.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering and data organisation.
• Understanding of data management principles including quality, accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to work with structured templates and reporting formats.
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies and continuous learning.
• Experience using Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
• Understanding of prompt engineering concepts and AI-assisted analytics.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and improve business processes.
• Exposure to low-code or no-code platforms will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio or Azure AI Services will be beneficial.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, VBA or Python will be advantageous.
• Experience developing business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform will be an added advantage.
