As a Sales Associate, you will represent the American Swiss brand by delivering outstanding customer service, building lasting customer relationships and helping shoppers find products that suit their needs and style. You will also play an important role in driving sales, maintaining attractive store displays and ensuring the store is always ready to welcome customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Represent the American Swiss brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. • Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction. • Help customers identify products that best suit their needs. • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. • Promote a wide range of jewellery and fashion products. • Stay informed about the latest fashion and décor trends. • Identify opportunities to generate additional sales. • Assist with replenishing stock to keep the sales floor fully stocked. • Maintain an attractive and organised store environment. • Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
Requirements and Skills
