Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a friendly, professional and memorable shopping experience.
• Represent the Exact brand with pride by providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that offer the best solutions.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, promotions and new product ranges.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves and displays remain neat, organised and fully stocked.
• Assist with visual merchandising to create an attractive shopping environment.
• Support daily store operations and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures and retail standards at all times.

Requirements and Skills

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passion for customer service and retail sales.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on delivering results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
