About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will represent the Jet brand by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that customers receive professional assistance throughout their shopping experience. You will support daily store operations, maintain product availability and help create an inviting retail environment.

This role requires someone who is confident, target driven and able to work effectively in a busy retail setting while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, your duties will include:

• Act as a brand ambassador by providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Exceed customer expectations by offering effective solutions and assistance.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities to promote products and increase revenue.
• Keep track of personal and store sales performance against targets.
• Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, product ranges and promotions.
• Assist customers with product selections and styling advice.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Replenish stock to ensure products are available and the store remains ready for customers.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandise displays.
• Support the team with daily retail operations and customer service activities.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• A passion for retail, fashion and customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
