Key Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service by remaining visible on the sales floor and providing friendly, professional assistance to shoppers.
• Respond to basic customer queries relating to products and provide helpful information within the scope of the role.
• Assist customers in locating suitable products or direct them to the appropriate products and areas within the store.
• Execute and maintain merchandising duties in line with The Body Shop store standards and visual merchandising requirements.
• Restock shelves efficiently to ensure products remain available and the sales floor is properly presented.
• Assist with keeping the store clean, orderly and customer-ready throughout the festive trading period.
• Wrap and bag items purchased by customers while maintaining a professional service experience.
• Inform customers about relevant promotions, special offerings and available products.
• Support the overall store team in maintaining high service standards during busy trading periods.

Requirements and Skills

• Grade 12 certificate.
