WEST COAST PERSONNEL:Marketing Coordinator Opportunity

- Assist the marketing department with all daily requirements and calls
- Assist all customers with marketing related enquiries
- Manage all consumer complaints and the full reporting procedure
- Undertake administrative duties e.g. filing, faxing, invoice payments preparation, minute taking, preparing presentation material for meetings, etc.
- Assist in the procurement of promotional items and point-of-sale(POS)
- Keep an updated supplier database
- Distribution of uniforms
- Housekeeping and management of storeroom
- Coordinate and plan marketing and advertising campaigns
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in everything we do
- Coordinate store promotions
- Procurement of promotional material, POS, uniform and related merchandise
- Assist with keeping the website and social media platforms up to date
- Monitoring various media platforms for publicity
- Research as required by marketing manager
- Ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to
Requirements
Skills and experience:
Qualifications required
- Grade 12/Std 10
- Marketing qualification
- Minimum two years’ experience in a sales/marketing environment

- Exceptional organisation and planning skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers
- Honest and trustworthy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Reliability and good time management
- Good office/administration skills
- Computer Literacy
- Photoshop will be advantageous
