Have you worked within the Hotel environment? Are you looking to move into a Monday to Friday post 8 – 5 that does not require weekend work as per requirements when working within the Hotel environment?
A well-known company within the travel and accommodation industry in Durbanville requires you’re confident and service orientated industry experience to deal with their core clients with their hotel and banqueting portfolio.

Requirements:
Matric
Own car and driver’s licence preferable
Professional people and communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Bilingual – English and Afrikaans
Duties:
Hotel reservations and communication of booking as per the events coordinator requirements for top clients
Source and research accommodation and services
Dealing with various client requests and sourcing relevant information accordingly
Prepare and issue vouchers
Preparation of accurate quotations
All administrative duties for the events coordinator
Admin duties performed with high attention to detail
Salary: R6,000
