Our CRM team is crucial to the success of our clients marketing campaigns – they are responsible for ensuring the campaigns are customer-centric to ensure the highest engagement and return on investment. The team ultimately ensures our clients get the most value for their money spent on campaigns by working with the data!

This valued team of QuirkStars is on the hunt for a young, intelligent and ambitious CRM campaign manager who will be responsible for managing the client’s consumer databases and managing communication to these databases.

In more detail, the role will involve:

  • Set up and maintain a direct communication deployment schedule for all relevant brands.
  • Work with the CRM manager and mobile consultant to define the work flow for deployments; implement and maintain the work flow.
  • Work with the CRM manager and development team to maintain an adequate QA process for email and mobile (where required) deployments.
  • Set up, segment and manage campaign lists for all deployments.
  • Set up and deploy mobile and email campaigns for brand campaigns.
  • Monitor active campaigns and advise on optimisation (in consultation with the mobile and email consultants) where required.
  • Oversee, test and implement any changes on live campaigns.
  • Work with the analytics team to develop campaign reports, advising on report structure and providing data and insights where required.
  • Monitor and test deployment systems, keeping a log of issues and raising these to the CRM manager.
  • Stay informed of any new features rolled out on internal deployment systems.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, developments and best practice as relates to mobile and email direct communications.

In order to do the job and become our next QuirkStar, we will need:

  • One to two years email/mobile campaign management experience
  • Campaign management of email and mobile
  • Automated email/mobile messages
  • Project management
  • List segmentation and management
  • Tracking, reporting and analytics
  • Schedule management across many brands.
  • Best Practice
  • Vendor management experience, advantageous
