  • Draw and implement sales action plan with timelines
  • Develop annual lodge sales plan
  • Draw and implement sales action plan with timelines
  • Pitch and drive new business to the lodge to the identified target market
  • Initiate Lead generation (cold calls/ lodge profile submission/site inspection/follow up meetings)
  • Draw a database of prospective clients.
  • Database to contain: Organisation name, Client contact details ( name and surname o contact person/e-mail address landline and mobile contact /website and physical address
  • Draw up a weekly progress report detailing: Schedule of meetings and progress update
  • Liaise closely with the bookings and events office quotation requests and all details of the new contract (confirmed booking) and gain agreement on all details.
  • Constantly monitor and be aware of competitors’ activities and translate into lodge new business opportunity
  • Forge, maintain and sustain relationships with existing clients
  • Meet agreed to monthly sales targets
  • Review professional industry trends (trade shows/events/publications)
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
