Illovo Sugar South Africa is calling on ambitious and qualified South African graduates to apply for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Internship Programme, designed to provide practical work experience and career development within one of the country’s leading sugar producers.

1. HR Graduate Trainee
Minimum Requirements:
- A completed Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
- South African citizenship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and the ability to solve problems
- Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and effective communication
- Ability to perform under pressure
2. SHERQ Graduate Trainee
Minimum Requirements:
- A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management or Environmental Science
- South African citizenship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A culture fit focused on safety, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure
