About the Brewing Development Trainee Programme

SAB’s Brewing Development Trainee Programme is a structured 24-month initiative aimed at developing young professionals into skilled technical leaders in the brewing industry. This programme focuses on equipping graduates with in-depth knowledge, hands-on experience, and exposure to SAB’s corporate culture, preparing them for real-world responsibilities from day one.

Participants will gain practical insight into the beer-making process and the broader value chain while enhancing their leadership potential and business acumen.

What You’ll Be Doing

Trainees will be immersed in various facets of the brewing process and are expected to develop the following:

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this prestigious opportunity, applicants must have:

• A valid Matric Certificate (NSC)
• A completed Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent BTech qualification
• South African citizenship
• A passion for brewing and innovation
