The Shared Beauty Advisor role is ideal for individuals who have a deep understanding of skincare and cosmetics and who love connecting with people. In this full-time position, you’ll help customers discover the right Clinique products for their needs, staying updated on the latest product launches and beauty trends.
You will be working on the retail floor at Foschini Boardwalk in Richards Bay, representing one of the most trusted names in beauty. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include interacting with customers, analyzing their needs, offering tailored product recommendations, and completing sales transactions—all while creating a welcoming and empowering shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised skincare and cosmetic consultations using extensive product knowledge
- Engage customers with professionalism and warmth to create memorable shopping experiences
- Perform sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Stay informed about new product releases and current beauty trends
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting beauty counter
- Collaborate with store and brand teams to meet sales targets and enhance brand visibility
What You Need to Succeed
- A passion for skincare and cosmetics, especially the Clinique brand
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in retail, beauty sales, or customer service is an advantage
- A proactive attitude and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Excellent attention to detail, product knowledge, and sales skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
