What the Job Involves

The primary purpose of the Shop Assistant role is to maximise sales and deliver a “WOW” shopping experience. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customers receive top-notch service and walk away with exactly what they’re looking for—plus a little extra.

Core Responsibilities:

• Delivering AWESOME customer service and engaging warmly with all customers
• Identifying customer needs and guiding them through the product range, warranties, and pricing
• Upselling and driving add-on sales across departments
• Keeping displays organised, prices accurate, and promotional items well-positioned
• Ensuring cleanliness and visual appeal of the store through proper merchandising
• Participating in stock takes, reporting on sales trends, and minimising stock loss
• Executing planned promotions and contributing to smooth daily operations
• Protecting company assets and keeping expenses in check

• Reliable transport to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
