Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Keep shelves fully stocked, neatly presented, and within sell-by dates.
• Restock merchandise and follow up on out-of-stock queries.
• Store and pack stock in correct locations.
• Maintain accurate merchandise displays, labels, and pricing.
• Keep storerooms neat and organized.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers.
• Handle merchandise carefully to avoid losses.
• Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty cards.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and follow drop safe procedures.
• Facilitate stock rotation and follow stock control procedures.
• Report low, damaged, or expired stock promptly.
• Assist with stock counts and general stocktaking.
• Load and offload stock when required.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.

• Report compliments, complaints, or suspicious behavior to management.
• Support training of new team members.
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety rules, and uniform standards.
