Job Purpose
The Permanent Part-Timer will assist management with day-to-day store maintenance. You will ensure store policies and procedures are followed while supporting sales, customer service, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of adidas customer service
- Process sales transactions including cash, credit, and checks
- Assist in ticketing products and verifying paperwork against received items
- Support product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor
- Help develop and maintain merchandise displays following management guidance
- Gain proficiency with the point-of-sale system and maintain integrity by following policies
- Use selling techniques such as add-on sales and technical product explanations to increase sales
- Greet customers, assist in product selection, and occasionally serve as a front-door greeter during busy periods
- Maintain general housekeeping standards in the store
- Safeguard company assets
