Job Description

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences and driving sales performance. Key duties include:

• Exceeding customer expectations by applying strong selling techniques.
• Meeting individual sales targets consistently.
• Identifying opportunities to maximise turnover.
• Maintaining store housekeeping and ensuring visual merchandising standards are upheld.
• Creating an inspiring shopping environment.
• Processing customer transactions accurately, including cash, card, vouchers, and coupons.
• Managing outgoing stock to ensure all items are scanned and paid for.
• Handling loyalty card transactions, including accelerated partner programmes.
• Establishing professional relationships with customers, providing advice and assistance.
• Addressing customer compliments, complaints, and stock queries promptly.
