Shop Assistant / Cashier Opportunity at Clicks Birchleigh North

Clicks Group is seeking Shop Assistants / Cashiers for its Birchleigh North store in Kempton Park. Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage all point-of-sale (POS) operations, ensuring accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payments.
• Handle cash safely and responsibly at all times.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Clicks Clubcard program to meet participation targets.
• Inform customers of ongoing promotions to enhance sales and support the “feel good, pay less” philosophy.
• Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador and providing friendly, professional assistance.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards in line with store and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.

Knowledge Requirements
