Pepkor Lifestyle is offering an exciting Graduate Internship Programme for Degree, Diploma and TVET graduates at its Head Office in Sandton, Gauteng. This opportunity is funded by the Wholesale and Retail SETA and is designed to provide practical workplace experience within one of South Africa’s leading retail groups. Graduates will participate in either a 12 month Graduate Programme or an 18 month TVET Work Integrated Learning programme depending on their qualification pathway. The programme focuses on developing future retail professionals through structured learning, mentorship and hands on exposure across different business functions. Job Overview And Responsibilities

• Attend onboarding sessions, induction programmes and company meetings
• Gain exposure to various retail business functions and operations
• Perform duties under the supervision of experienced senior employees
• Conduct research on industry trends, retail innovations and business best practices
• Assist with projects and operational activities within different departments
• Visit retail stores and locations to gain practical workplace experience
• Prepare and deliver presentations related to assigned projects and evaluations
• Support business objectives through additional responsibilities when required
• Work closely with teams across different operational and corporate functions
• Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives within a dynamic retail environment

Requirements And Skills

• Degree, diploma or TVET qualification from an accredited institution
• Qualifications in Marketing Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, IT Project Administration, Project Management, IT Information Systems or Business Information Technology
• Must be unemployed at the time of application
• South African citizen with a valid South African ID
• Must be under the age of 32
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good analytical thinking and decision making skills
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
