TWK Agri is hiring a Clerk: Admin for its Manufactured Timber Products division at Rutland Sawmill in White River, Mpumalanga. This permanent role focuses on delivering accurate and reliable administrative support within branch operations. The position involves handling employee records, payroll coordination, HR documentation and compliance support. Job Overview And Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to branch operations
• Maintain and update accurate employee records and personnel files
• Capture and submit payroll information accurately and on time
• Coordinate monthly timesheets for payroll processing
• Update employee leave records on internal systems
• Assist with preparation, filing and distribution of HR documentation
• Support onboarding and exit processes for employees
• Assist employees with HR related queries and support requests
• Coordinate employee benefits documentation and communication
• Ensure all employee records remain accurate and up to date
• Support compliance with company policies and labour legislation
• Compile and submit administrative reports as required
• Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Requirements And Skills
• Grade 12 or Matric qualification
• Diploma in Human Resources or related field is an advantage
• Experience with HR systems such as Sage or AS400 is an advantage
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Strong organisational and time management ability
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability
• Ability to work in a team and support collaboration
