Client service account manager is responsible for effective system management client business acquisitions within the agency.
o Organising, planning, control and administration of client projects in consultation with your team.
o Building close and enduring relationships with senior clients
o Responsible for the management and development of your client portfolio within the agency, in a client service capacity.
o Leading people and teams, strategic insight, creativity in brief writing, client relationships, Following operational processes within the agency
o Demonstrating an understanding of the agency’s financials.
o Develop innovative channel solutions to meet client’s business needs
o Maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout development and implementation of all work.
o This position requires knowledge in all “through the line” (TTL) and “Digital” communications.
o To actively run a portfolio of accounts for efficiency, and managing the budgets to these projects.
o Assist with ad hoc projects.
o Striving for flawless admin/housekeeping at all times.
o Deep understanding of the agency culture, credentials, philosophy, working tools
o Be proactive, add value, and manage clients’ expectations

Requirements

Suitable tertiary education
o At least five to eight years agency experience
o Client service account manager position runs a portfolio of accounts.
o Proficiency in through the line communication, e.g.: ATL, BTL, CRM, promotions, digital
o A very well organised person who knows the industry and how to prioritise and co-ordinate multiple responsibilities and tasks in a pressured and dynamic environment.
o Must have a strong personality- “no Nonsense” attitude – be results orientated – professionally and fairly.
o PC literacy essential (All MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Outlook)
o Sound business acumen.
o A financial understanding of budgets
o Excellent, open, confident communicator
o Energetic, enthusiastic, willing “to go the extra mile”.
o Pro-active with a great a sense of urgency
o Integrity is essential in view of confidential information
o Detail orientated, organising, planning, control and administrative skills are essential
