Job description
Our client, a desktop publishing company in Cape Town wishes to employ a German speaking client liaison consultant. The suitable candidate will manage all communication between their European clients and the design/production teams, which produce PowerPoint presentations and other business documents.
Key performance areas:
- Being the first point of contact for clients in order to acquire project details and requirements
- Manage client expectations and negotiate deadlines
- Responsible for the presentation, as well as consulting with the client regarding slide level advice, layout, story lining and design
- Briefing the production teams on project requirements
- Production and quality control of PowerPoint presentations
- Capacity planning and allocation
Qualifications and experiences:
• Matric/Tertiary education
• Degree and/or graphical experience (advantageous)
• Proven experience in a customer service role
Competencies required:
- Excellent language skills in German (mother tongue) and English
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Shift flexibility and weekend availability
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and willingness to take responsibility
