Technical Support Coordinator – Offsite Maintenance
Responsibilities:
Administration
- Maintenance callouts – answering and redirecting phone calls.
- General office administration within the scope of the technical department daily running
- Aiding the national maintenance manager with any administrative work he/she may require
- Weekly maintenance reports
- Magnetic reports
- Processing payments for contractor callouts
Technical maintenance
- Checking all networks three times daily or as allocated by manager
- Resolving maintenance issues – liaising with stores.
- Fixing errors remotely wherever/whenever possible
- Dispatching contractors via Magnetic
- Aid onsite maintenance technicians and contractors onsite
- Ensure all onsite checklist are completed before leaving the site
- Making sure all new stores are handed over and added to daily reports
- Revamping and renovating current network and stores remotely
- Helping install new networks and stores remotely
Shift work
- Compiling store reports weekly to match up with invoices
- Generating monthly reports of all call outs per network and issue
- Any other task the national maintenance manager or HOD deems necessary to fulfil the role of offsite maintenance technician
- Remuneration: R8000 per month Basic salary
- Benefits: RA contribution
