To travel countrywide and run stores in the absence of the store manager.  To ensure that a professional image is maintained when dealing with customers, directing, controlling and monitoring the daily operation of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive turnover
  • Staff planning
  • Budgeting
  • Maintaining a high level customer services
  • Stock management
  • Industrial relations
  • Interaction with support office
  • Ensure effective stock levels are maintained
  • Stock takes
  • Price adjustments
  • Monitoring and controlling of unpacking and housing
  • Security/asset control
  • Involvement in the preparation for stock take
  • Entire operation of the store

 

Requirements

  • Computer literacy
  • Good planning and organising skills
  • Sound knowledge of stock admin
  • Good analytic skills
  • Superior customer service
  • Be able to work independently
  • Previous retail management experience

 

Personal Skills/Attributes

  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Willing to travel and work retail hours
  • Must have own vehicle and drivers licence
