Key Responsibilities

Employees in this position perform a variety of tasks that support both the customer experience and store operations:

• Deliver the highest level of adidas service to each customer
• Conduct regular sales transactions including cash, credit, and checks
• Assist with ticketing products and verifying incoming stock against paperwork
• Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor when needed
• Help develop product displays or follow management provided layouts
• Attain proficiency with the point-of-sale system while ensuring adherence to company policies
• Use selling techniques, including add-on sales and explaining product features, to achieve store and position sales goals
• Greet and assist customers in finding the right products, occasionally serving as a front door greeter during busy periods
• Maintain general housekeeping standards including store cleaning
• Safeguard company assets and support loss prevention by monitoring the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity
• Participate in in-store or digital training (Atticus/AREA) to improve product knowledge and role effectiveness
• Familiarize with Power BI tools to understand store performance, top-selling items, and underperforming products
