Key Responsibilities

• Execute point-of-sale (POS) activities efficiently and accurately, ensuring that customer transactions are processed within the required timeframes.
• Scan merchandise correctly and collect payments for purchased goods while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Process transactions involving applicable payment methods and ensure that Clicks ClubCard rewards are actioned correctly.
• Handle cash safely and responsibly in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Promote the Clicks ClubCard to customers and encourage new memberships to help the store achieve its participation targets.
• Inform customers about current promotions, special offers and relevant products to support sales and improve the shopping experience.

• Remain visible and approachable in the store so customers can easily access assistance when needed.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide accurate information about products, ranges, promotions and store events.

• Maintain attractive and organised product displays to ensure merchandise is presented appropriately.
• Complete general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean, tidy and ready for customers.
• Support effective stock management by following store procedures and helping maintain proper product presentation.
• Follow operational instructions and established procedures when performing cashiering and merchandising duties.
