TAUDATA CONSULTANTS:Office Administrator Opportunity

A well-known company in the Retail environment is looking for an Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.


The person will be responsible for managing the general administration in the office, the duties include:

  • Answering the switchboard
  • Liaising with customers and dealing with enquiries and complaints
  • Assisting with certain HR tasks and communication
  • Filing
  • Provide the necessary support to management by managing their diaries, scheduling meetings and taking minutes

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant Certificate or Diploma will be an advantage
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Computer literate (MS Office package)
  • At least 2 years experience as an Administrator in a retail environment will be to your advantage



  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Good planning and organising skills
  • Client service orientated
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure
