TRADEWAY PROMOTIONS:Account/Project Manager Opportunity

A growing promotions company is looking for a dynamic account/project manager with at least two to three years’ promotions industry experience. Applicants without experience will not be considered.

Account and project management role

1. Manage account and project team

  • Develop, manage and implement account/s strategy
  • Achieve gross profit targets on account/s
  • Overall management of, and accountability for project team
  • Ability to grow team

2. Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients including:

  • Set up meetings
  • Prepare and present proposals (including creative)
  • Prepare cost estimates and recon budgets
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Client liaison before, during and after campaigns
  • Present feedback to clients during and after campaigns and make recommendations

3. Overall accountability for successful planning, implementation and delivery of campaigns

  • Planning, implementation and delivery of campaigns with assistance from team
  • Prepare and/or review and finalise all campaign documents
  • Develop process flows and refine systems for continuous improvement as required
  • Assist and coach team in roles to the extent required to ensure excellent execution
  • Prepare and/or review, analyse and finalise feedback reports

 

Requirements

Ability to come up with innovative campaign ideas and translate into a presentation
Good presentation skills
PowerPoint, other presentation packages
Advanced Excel
Outlook
Word
Internet and online systems

Personal Skills/Attributes

Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator. A “can do” attitude is key. People person who is outgoing, assertive and tenacious. Open minded, adaptable and willing to change. Creative, entrepreneurial and looking for an exciting opportunity.
