d6 TECHNOLOGY:Call Centre – Tech Support OPPORTUNITY

D6 Technology is hiring again… this time for a call centre – tech support position. This is a computer and phone based job offering support to end users who are using and installing our suite of desktop and mobile communicators. The job requires a logical approach to problem solving and an eloquent and courteous manner of responding both via email and verbally to these end users. Call centre support or cellular network experience essential. Some technical knowledge and use of support ticketing systems would be beneficial.
Technical knowledge is not critical as there is on site training.
The job is office based at the head office in Stellenbosch. Working hours are weekdays 8am till 5pm.

Requirements
• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans.
• Fully computer literate (email, Word, internet, Excel)
• Call centre experience
• Cellular Network experience
Advantageous
• Diploma or tertiary courses an advantage

• Technical support experience
