Description

We are looking for a preferably young Magento/WordPress plug-in developer intern to join our dynamic fast growing company; the sooner the better.

A valid green South African ID required.

Our business was developed to be courier partner agnostic, thus we can scale the partners we use to deliver parcels as required. We have also built our Pargo Parcel Partner network to use independent as well as large retail stores, thus we have multiple options available to consumers at all times. With the extensive network that we have developed, it makes Pargo the most consumer-centric and one of the broadest-reaching logistics network in South Africa.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications 
• Experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with WordPress developing custom WordPress functionality, plugins and themes
• Experience working with ecommerce platforms (Magento plugins) a must
• Understanding of GIT
• Capable of handling simultaneous projects
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Advantageous

• Understanding of front-end JavaScript frameworks e.g Angular, VueJs or react
• Cordova/Ionic
• Continuous integrations/Server administration
