UMD:Outbound Sales OPPORTUNITY
We have a fantastic lead generating system and our database is by referral only. If you have a solid background in sales, and have an excellent track record achieving your targets set, then we want to chat.
The job:
Telephone sales only, where your objectives are to meet hourly, daily, weekly and monthly targets, converting these said referrals into policyholders. Policy you say? Yes… we are a niche insurance house offering policies for Cancer… for both women and men. It is a focussed sale, using objectives that are standard and statistically proven call after call.
See why we need the rain makers? This position is not to build relationships and network, your job is to convert referrals into sales professionally, calmly, effectively and quickly. Leads are endless, unlimited and every single one is hot.
We train you extensively to prepare you for an accurate and targeted sale. Your natural ability, personality, and self-motivated need to have fun and make money will be needed to be successful at this job.
No claw backs, and commission is uncapped.
The low down:
R2,500 per week while in training.
100% reimbursement of Gautrain costs while in training.
Full in-house training
Excellent working hours Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm
If targets are met, you will be made permanent and then… Bucks will flow people!
Basic salary which is reviewed every 6 months with an increase if you are performing plus commission and incentives
Earning potential is averaging R45,000 per month for current achievers, plus then add incentives!
50% of Gautrain costs when you become permanent.
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
Matric certificate
Min three years sales experience
ITC and judgment free
A qualification is an advantage
