Totalsports is hiring a full-time Sales Associate for its Midway Crossing store in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. This role involves working 120 hours per month in a fast-paced retail environment, engaging with customers, and supporting the store in achieving sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, you will represent the brand on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service while promoting a diverse range of sports and fashion products. Your role is key to ensuring the store is prepared, well stocked, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Staying informed about current fashion, décor, and sports trends
  • Seeking opportunities for new sales and upselling where appropriate

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric) is required
  • Retail experience is advantageous but not essential
