Job description
We are searching for highly motivated and experienced sales reps to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team, where you will be upskilled to take on a new challenge, by representing our clients based in the US and form part of their remote workforce.
The position requires cold calling & emailing, researching & qualifying of leads, building and maintaining relationships and reaching out to potential clients and candidates in the recruiting space, while representing the client’s brand and business.
Requirements
- Experience or background in sales with a good track record
- Well-spoken and good communication skills are a must
- Must be prepared to work American hours (typically 3pm – 12am SA time, must be flexible)
- Quick learner (for evolving product knowledge and to keep up to date with overseas trends)
- Computer literate and tech savvy
- Experience in the recruitment industry will be an added bonus
