Job description

Leading international car rental company based at the Airport requires an exceptionally well groomed and spoken person to build relationships and sales of products to their clients.

Requirements:

Matric + able to bring in certificate

Driver’s licence and own reliable transport

Clear credit record on the credit bureau

Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Shift work: Either 6am – 3pm or 1pm – 10pm

Min two years exp in an administration or sales position/client services

Ability to multitask in a highly pressurised environment

Duties:

Extensive administration and sales

Delivering superior service to customers

Sales and upselling to customers

Meet and greeting of clients

Explain the options that are available for their rental of vehicel requirements

Dealing with clients locally and from overseas

Full admin related tasks relating to all areas of the business

Quality control with all vehicles before leaving the premises and arriving back from rentals

Obtaining walk in business

Upselling of various products available

Buiding excellent relationships with clients and the concierge at various hotels

Salary: R8,950 + company pays full portion of Medical and Provident on top of this basic
