- One year minimum relevant general cleaning experience
- Contactable, Traceable References
Qualifications
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
- Grade 10 Minimum
- South African Identification or Valid Permit
- Clear Criminal Record
- Committed to high standards of food hygiene.
- Good knowledge of all cleaning procedures .
Job specification…
the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Doing various tasks such as clearing up, tidying, restocking, ordering and washing.
- Tidy up food preparation areas after they have been used.
- Wash and clean utensils and dishes.
- Make sure that dishes are stored away properly.
- Dispose of kitchen rubbish.
- Wash kitchen linen.
- Clean up food preparation areas
- Clean and dry all pots and pans.
- Make sure that all sinks are kept clean and free from grease and food debris.
- Sweep and mop up floors.
- Adhere to all aspects of food hygiene and health and safety standards
Competency profile, attributes:
- Flexible with hours and able to work shift
- Friendly and approachable to all customers and team members.
- Good communication skills and a can do attitude.
- Good team player
Remuneration
- R7,500 with Transport + Meal Allowance as well as benefits
