Overview:
The team leader sell is responsible for the outcome of the day to day operational objectives. These objectives are:

Aim of the position:
The Team Leader Sell Side is responsible for the outcome of the day to day operational objectives. To support all team members and to maintain a high standard of customer service.
Place in the organisation:
- Reports to the head of international Sell Side operations
Service delivery and operations:
- Management and coordination of campaigns and all that this entails (this means booking campaigns, overseeing campaigns, checking campaigns in DFP and ADX)
- Lead various complex projects simultaneously and assist all team members with their tasks and projects
- Monitors the quality of projects, observes and reports regarding positive points and points of improvement
- Ensure SLA requirements are met by the team and improved upon internally by monitoring internal ticketing system
- Ensure that guidelines set by head of International Sell Side Operations are met on a daily basis by Monitoring of centralised inbox
- Highlight improvement points in daily operations
- Execute tasks assigned by head of International Sell Side (including ad hoc last minutes tasks)
- Provide exceptional service to all clients at all times:
- Think like the customer and be attentive to the clients’ needs.
- Seek to obtain first-hand client feedback and use it for improvements in products, services or process.
- Have a genuine desire to please and satisfy the customer.
- Display patience, a positive attitude and a calming presence towards clients at all times.
- Advise clients on best practices and possible solutions.
- Handling of client issues independently.
- Highlight upselling opportunities to clients and internal sales teams
- Provide assistance and support to international sales teams in conjunction with mananger.
- Supports commercial teams in training (internal and external) and provides product demos and walkthroughs
- Ensures that all work processes and client workflows are followed and revised on a regular basis.
- Ensures that all billing is up to date and correct, and assists with monthly invoicing.
- Provides any ad hoc support to the Head of International Publisher Operations and Director of Operations.
- Back up for absent colleagues and busy times
Team management and leadership:
- Takes care of onboarding and training new team members, and to provide support at all times
- Monitor quality of delivery and raise any concerns with the head of Sell Side.
- Keep the team motivated, focussed and on track.
- Support the development of others through sharing knowledge and skills gained through past experiences.

Requirements
Knowledge and experience
- MUST have a passion for online marketing
- Tertiary education (diploma or degree)
- Strong computer skills
- At least three years’ experience of direct customer service, campaign management and/or project management in the online market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch, Spanish or Italian advantageous) and the ability to work and communicate effectively with cross functional departments
- Excellent knowledge of DFP is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of any other adserver (more than one is advantageous).
- A firm understanding of the Google product stack on the Publisher’s side and how products interlink.
- Familiarity with digital ad servers, Rich Media Vendors and third-party tracking (DFA/Atlas/Adap.TV/Vindico/Sizmek etc)
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
- Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of CSS and Flash will be a plus
- Passion for Technology: Exceptional troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills to meet high performance demands.
