Concierge/Receptionist: Trusted Interns
We create vibe at our conferences. We create vibe when we’re out at meetings. We create memorable experiences with every product, approval or interaction. The experience coordinator builds vibe everywhere else. That is no small task.
We’re looking for someone who’s up to the challenge.
You need to be cognisant of how people experience us inside the office, and outside the office. Both of these domains belong to you. And they’re both large. And we take this very seriously. If you’d prefer to be the standard ‘concierge’, go find a Mimmos. This is an experience coordinator role, and it’s very different.
You’re the helper, the greeter, the server, the storyteller, the smiler, the joker, the mascot, the thinker – everything you do has to either set Missing Link one notch higher in the minds of our clients, share something remarkable or create a special feeling that lives past the office (visitors and staff).
