Diesel mechanic (heavy duty) – Durba-based. 

Requirements 

• Must have matric and diesel mechanic qualification or degree in mechanical automotive engineering 
• ASE diesel certification advantageous 
• Valid drivers license
• Advanced knowledge of diesel engine components 
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools
• Attention to detail 
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good organisation skills
• Attending to breakdowns in an efficient manner 
• Conduct regular and thorough inspections on fleet
• Checking fleet lighting systems 
• Test driving fleet vehicles to gauge performance
• Maintaining detailed records of seviced vehicles
• Be able and willing to travel across the country, when required 
• Must be honest, trustworthy and reliable
