The role

The Recruitment Director is a pivotal role at OS Digital. You will engage with international clients, across a variety of different industries to understand their business strategy.

 We are looking for an energetic individual with a recruitment, sales or client services background who is passionate about engaging with entrepreneurs, understanding their business strategy and assisting business owners to achieve their digital marketing objectives.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment, sales, client services or business development; coupled with an understanding of digital marketing strategy, and a keen interest in entrepreneurship. You are someone who thrives off virtual engagement with a wide range of business owners, and you enjoy signing clients and then handing them over to our expert operational team to provide them with their digital marketing services.

What We’re Looking for in You:

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable in the digital space, able to discuss digtal marketing roles with clients very comfortably
• Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritise and work quickly.
• Excited and comfortable with recruiting remotely.
• High sense of urgency, discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
• Team player with a strong desire to help people and a positive friendly attitude.
• You should be extremely self-sufficient and able to make decisions on your own.
• You should be comfortable around technology and willing and able to quickly learn new applications and software.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• This is a client facing role and you will spend all of your time talking to potential clients to understand their needs and then putting the right candidates in front of them
• Managing pipeline of potential clients

Requirements:

• South Africa Citizenship or Permanent Residency essential.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• 2 years + prior experience in recruitment.
• Excellent knowledge of the digital marketing field advantageous.
• Relevant Diploma / Degree beneficial.
• Working PC / laptop.
• Secure and reliable internet connection.

Job type:              Full-time, with flexibility

Remuneration: Market-related + commission
