Permanent Part-Timer Opportunity at adidas Tubatse

adidas is seeking a Permanent Part-Timer for its Tubatse store. This role offers hands-on experience in retail, customer service, and store operations while working with one of the world’s leading sportswear brands.

Job Purpose

The primary goal of this role is to assist store management in daily operations while providing excellent service and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of adidas customer service.
• Complete sales transactions involving cash, credit, and checks as needed.
• Assist with product ticketing and verify paperwork against received items.
• Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor when required.
• Help develop merchandise displays following management guidance.
• Attain proficiency with the point-of-sale system and ensure integrity in transactions.
• Use selling techniques, including upselling and providing technical product information.
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products, sometimes serving as a greeter during busy periods.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards.
• Ensure safekeeping of company assets.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous fashion retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
