Job description

The Switch Design Company specialises in design, branding, advertising and change management is looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager.

This person will be responsible for spearheading Client Accounts to ensure that clients’ needs are met. The duties of this role are to:

• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with new clients and nurture business relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with various teams so that the clients expectations are met
• Develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Enhance sales bottom line by farming new projects from existing clients and upselling the Company’s services
• Identify accounts whose revenue may be shrinking and reach out to these clients to ensure that they are retained
• Conduct meetings with clients to keep them informed on the status of their project
• Assist all to meet deadlines
• Manage a client’s projects from beginning to end

Requirements

• A proven branding track record
• Proficient in Chase
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines
• Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customer’s business needs
• Ability to calmly deal with customer complaints and issues
• The ability to work independently and within a team
