Key Responsibilities
- Perform all contribution-related activities across the complete contribution processing cycle.
- Process contributions accurately and efficiently in accordance with applicable fund rules, policies, legislation, administration procedures and service level agreements.
- Attend to contribution-related enquiries and complaints and ensure that they are resolved appropriately.
- Process refunds according to established administration processes and within the applicable service level agreements.
- Maintain required production standards in terms of both quantity and quality.
- Investigate contribution and administration-related information to identify trends, errors, issues and opportunities for process improvement.

- Support a positive, responsive and solution-focused environment for client enquiry resolution.
- Action escalated enquiries within 24 to 72 hours.
- Provide timely feedback to stakeholders regarding the progress and resolution of outstanding queries.
