We are looking for an Junior IT Support Technician responsible for Technical support, Software support, Hardware support, Network management and Administration of all IT assets. Ongoing training for end users to raise company-wide computer and system literacy is a core component of this position.

Requirements
- Must have experience in similar working environment
- A+ and N+, MCSE or MCP certification or IT diploma, degree or some type of formal training
- Knowledge of Active Directory, IIS, Domain Controller, MS Office Suite/O365
- Knowledge of Win XP, Win 7, Win 8, Win10, Server 2003, Server 2008, Server 2012, VM, POP3 and SMTP mail servers, IT Security, Antivirus
- Knowledge of Mac OSX
