Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to manage and maintain market-related data within replenishment systems, ensuring product availability and efficiency across the supply chain. This includes overseeing the full product lifecycle—from introduction to market exit—while collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders for optimal outcomes.
Key Objectives of the Role Include:
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure effective supply chain operations
- Analysing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve replenishment settings
- Managing new product setups and phasing out old stock
- Processing daily system-recommended orders and monitoring supplier order alignment
- Maintaining collaborative software for contracts and scheduling deliveries
- Reviewing weekly demand and forecasting exceptions
- Supporting promotional stock planning and securing stock with suppliers
Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A relevant degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar field
- At least 1 year of experience in supply chain or logistics
- Replenishment experience is an added advantage
- Strong product knowledge and basic understanding of import/export procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and skilled in data analysis
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
