Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

Cashier Duties
- Handle all payment types including cash, card, lay-bys, and refunds
- Accurately balance tills and report discrepancies
- Ensure a seamless checkout experience
Merchandising and Stock Management
- Ensure correct pricing and product displays
- Replenish shelves to maintain stock availability
- Maintain clean and organised store areas
- Stay informed on current promotions
Risk Management
- Tag products according to company standards
- Participate in regular stock takes
- Monitor for shoplifting or fraudulent activities and report suspicious behaviour

Skills and Experience Required
Essential:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (English fluency required; additional languages are a plus)
